We love Outdoor Learning Days in Class 3.
This month we were thinking about Machines and Forces. We pulled, pinched, squashed and rolled the pizza dough. We turned the handle to grate our cheese and used a ‘masher’ to squish the tomatoes!
Some of us used construction to make our own machine models.

Goodness! You manage to fit so many things into a day. I really liked the idea of squishing & squashing. Those are lovely words that really tell me what it was like! Shame I couldn’t have some pizza though!
We enjoyed watching your videos. The pizzas made us feel very hungry! We thought the most fun part would be squashing and banging the dough, but we thought our hands would get very sore.
